Within a day A human reply

Usually with two or three questions, sometimes with an opinion you didn't ask for.

Day 2–4 A proper call

Forty-five minutes on the problem. We'll say if we're the wrong studio.

Within a week A one-page proposal

Scope, fixed price, start date. One page, because that's all it needs.

Three things worth knowing

We're booked ahead

Usually six to eight weeks out. If your thing is urgent, say so in the first line and we'll tell you honestly whether we can move.

Smallest useful project

Below about €12k we're probably not the right call, and we'll say so rather than stretch a scope to fit a number.

NDAs are fine

Send yours and we'll sign it, or use ours. Either way, nothing you tell us leaves the studio, whether or not we end up working together.
